PTGroup has expanded its physical locations, branches, or operations to over 20 different yards, possibly in different regions or areas.

2022

Construction Expanded To CALICUT

PT Group has expanded its construction operations to Calicut through its subsidiary.In Calicut, PT Group has undertaken significant projects, including the construction of the Feroke Taluk Hospital.

2020

More Commercial Projects Construction

PTGroup had a significant number of commercial projects in 2020, which contributed to its growth. The construction of these projects could have played a key role in expanding their business and establishing more operational sites or yards.

Started Construction Contracting

Started Scrap Yards

Since its inception in the year 1990, we have come a long way and have emerged as market leaders.During 1996, we set up our first scrap yard in Saudi Arabia,AL GHAMDI TRADING EST,is a diverse and rapidly expanding business engaged in the trading of metal scrap internationally.

2000

Expanded and Started New Yards

In the year 2000, PTGroup expanded by starting new yards, marking a significant milestone in its growth. This expansion likely allowed PTGroup to broaden its operational reach, increase production or service capacity, and potentially serve new markets or regions.

2004-2005

Whole Sale Yards

Between 2004 and 2005, PTGroup focused on establishing wholesale yards, which would have contributed significantly to its early business operations. These wholesale yards likely allowed PTGroup to scale its distribution, manufacturing, or service capabilities, creating a foundation for its future growth.

2006

Started Scrap Export

By the year 2006, our group ventured into exports, which has spread its wings to Europe, America, China, India and Korea. On further expansion, we set up two spare parts divisions in Dammam.

2008

New Yard In Sharjah UAE

Al Saudia Metal Scrap Trading LLC, a pioneer-owned scrap metal trader with more than 20 years of experience in the metal recycling industry, was established in 2008.

2010-2016

Own Commercial Projects

In 2013, our group ventured into the homeland and we diversified our portfolio into construction, trading, real estate, investments, residential and commercial development.

2016

Incorporated Livehi Developers (Construction Company)

In 2016, PTGroup incorporated Livehi Developers, a construction company, into its history. This move marked the beginning of PTGroup’s expansion into the construction sector, likely adding more services and project opportunities to the group’s portfolio.
